Your rental management system pushes a small JSON payload to the GearSync API endpoint — just title, category, quantity, and your internal ID.

GearShare enriches it

AI matches each item to a master product in the GearShare catalog. Images, descriptions, brand, and specs are added automatically.

Live on the marketplace

Listings appear on GearShare, fully searchable, with accurate availability. Renters find your gear — no manual work on your end.

If your gear lives across multiple cities or sites, GearSync API handles it natively. Each warehouse syncs as its own set of listings under your single GearShare account — renters see exactly where the gear ships from.

All warehouse listings roll up to your single GearShare login. NYC, LA, Chicago — managed from one dashboard, no extra accounts or logins required.

Location transfer

Move stock between warehouses when gear ships to a new site — partial quantity moves or full reassignment, handled via a single API call.

GearShare automatically filters your inventory during sync. Only major equipment categories are imported — accessories, cables, and low-value items are skipped so your listings stay focused and relevant.
